Joseph Vijay Chandrasekhar or arguably Vijay as he is known to the theater, is a Tamil cinema genius. His journey is that of his family heritage, early stardom, the highs and lows of the field office, and ultimately a role that has undoubtedly cemented him as one of South India’s biggest stars.

Born in 22 June 1974 to film director SA Chandrasekhar and playback singer Shoba Chandrasekhar, Vijay’s life trajectory changed to pursue films. She started as a child, working as a child model in her father’s films such as Vetri (1984). This early upgrade enabled the digital camera lens to get the vegetables.

  • In his school days, he used to be a topper.
  • For his debut film ‘Vetri’ as a child artist, he received Rs 500 as fees.
